William was wonderful to work with. He is patient, listens to better understand you, very knowledgeable and readily available to answer questions. We had a great river cruise and extended stay with his help. Highly recommend him.

My husband and I just returned from traveling to Budapest to Prague using Sun Sand Sea Travel handling all the details from air fares, hotels, river cruise and excursions. Having never cruised before, I was lost from the get-go. Luckily the Amawaterways folks connected us with William Robison of Sun Sand Sea Travel. I was very impressed from the first interaction with him. William responded in a very timely manner to all questions we posed (and there were many!) plus gave me valuable input regarding the cruise choices. What I felt set him apart from other agents I've dealt with in the past, is his thoroughness to detail, suggestions tailored to our specific needs - not just the "in general" public and his willingness to provide input based on his personal cruise experiences (as they related to our cruise). After many interactions, emails back and forth, we got to the point of trusting him completely. I'm sometimes skeptical of the value of travel agents. In today's world, google and chatGPT do a pretty good job. But after booking an Amawaterways Rhine cruise through William, I think nothing can replace the first hand advice and input this personable agent provided. We look forward to our cruise and am convinced it will be every bit as good as he planned!

We have booked a few trips through Sun Sand Sea Travel and have enjoyed every one of them! William has helped us book complicated multi-leg family trips across country, find boutique resorts and excursions that fit exactly what we want in Central America, and our first ever river cruise this year. At every step he is highly communicative and clearly identifies risks, potential upgrades, and helps to weigh pros and cons of different (mostly flight) options. We normally book our own travel but having an expert travel agent who knows what you like has saved our sanity on more than one occasion. You guys are the best!

Shelley made our experience flawless, and she took the worry and stress out of booking our trip. She provided us with different designations and her take on each (we have never traveled outside the main states). She gave us a lot of tips to ensure that our honeymoon was fantastic.
